- All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will notify you by phone or email if there is a pricing error.
- We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.
Delivery Policy
Orders that are in stock at GP Bikes are shipped in 1-3 business days. Items that have to be special ordered can take up to 14 business days to arrive at which point they will be shipped out. If items are backordered, we will contact you with an ETA at which point you can decide whether to continue with or cancel your order. Items are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Return policy
GP Bikes accepts returns or exchanges on new, unused product within 30 days of receipt. If an item was back-ordered, this 30-day period starts from the time that you receive the item.
Please fill out the form for a return or exchange of a new or unused product at gpbikes.com/return. We include a return label with all shipped orders which you are welcome to use to ship your item back to us. All returns need an RMA number and will need to be returned to our address which can be found on the About Us page of this website. Make sure you have filled out our online return form and received an RMA number which you need to write on the outside of the box. If you use our return label, we will either bill you $7 plus tax (in the case of an exchange) or we wil deduct $7 plus tax from the amount of your refund (in the case of a return). You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If we have gotten your order wrong in any way, please contact us so that we can make it right. We will do everything we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund policy
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment methods. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Restocking Fee
Special ordered bike specific parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee except in the case of defects or misinformation regarding fitment
Warranty
Warranty is subject to the policies set by the manufacturer. Please inquire about warranty prior to purchase.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
- Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap), stones, salt road hazards, hail, wind storm, lightning, floods and other natural disaster.
- Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
- Replacement parts or accessories installed on any Vehicle registered or normally operated outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa.
- Replacement parts, or accessories installed on a Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual mileage cannot be readily determined.
- Replacement parts or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
- Replacement parts or accessories installed improperly by dealers, Importer/Distributor other than the manufacturer.
- Any replacement part or accessory without proof of purchase or replacement date.
- Non-Manufacturer replacement parts or accessories which Dealers may sell or install on your Vehicle.
- If the vehicle has been classified a total loss and/or sold for salvage purposes or branded for any other reasons.
- Removal of the vehicle from the warranty covered market for which it was produced.

Our site uses an order form for you to purchase our products. We collect your contact information (like your email address) and financial information (like credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is only used to charge you for the products that you purchase and never sold or shared with other parties.
