• GP Bikes accepts returns or exchanges on new, unused product within 30 days of receipt. If an item was back-ordered, this 30-day period starts from the time that you receive the item. Refunds will be made in the same manner the payment was originally taken. Bike specific parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee except in the case of defects or misinformation regarding fitment. Please fill out a form for a return or exchange of a new or unused product at gpbikes.com/return. We include a return label with all shipped orders which you are welcome to use to ship your item back to us. Make sure youve filled out our online return form and received an RMA number which you need to write on the outside of the box. If you use our return label, we will either bill you $7 plus tax (in the case of an exchange) or well deduct $7 plus tax from the amount of your refund (in the case of a return). If we have gotten your order wrong in any way, please contact us so that we can make it right. We will do everything we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
